What if I have a problem with my order?

In the rare instance you may experience a problem, please utilize the Contact Us option located on the bottom of the website.  You will have 15 days from the receipt of your order to contact us.

What about Returns or Exchanges?

Purple Moon Glitters does not offer returns or exchanges.  All sales are final.  However, if you have an issue with your order utilize the Contact Us option located on the bottom of the website and we will contact you as soon as possible to rectify the situation.
